Full-time associates are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage on their 30th day of employment.

Dollar-for-dollar match up to 6% of your eligible pay, subject to applicable limits. You’re eligible and fully vested right away, with pre-tax and Roth options.

After one year, you can join the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and buy CarMax stock through easy payroll deductions. Contribute 2–10% of your pay (up to a maximum of $10,000 per year), and we'll match $0.15 for every $1 you put in.
