Role Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in automotive repair across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Collaborate with skilled technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Perform engine diagnostics, suspension adjustments, and HVAC repairs under expert guidance
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in alignment with CarMax standards
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations
- Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and eagerness to learn advanced techniques
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina, including ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
